Sparkles and gold are a must-have party combo. Start with a base coat,then apply two layers of gold polish.Next, paint on a glittery blue near the cuticle, taking it only a third of the way up the nail. Wipe the brush clean, then use it to drag some of the glitter up the nail. Dot on the last coat of blue around the cuticle, then finish with a top coat.
